Jim, Owner

Jim has been designing, remodeling and building homes since he finished graduate school in 1987.   His exceptional client service skills were developed working as an executive for global consulting companies in the U.S. and Europe.  His ability to simplify complex building codes and processes were developed as a senior faculty member at the University of Colorado, Boulder.

Cyndie, Designer

Cyndie has an outstanding knowledge of diverse styles, techniques and aesthetics.  She is able to work closely with the architect, contractor and sub-contractors to communicate her client's vision for the project, solve problems as they arise during the design and building phases of the project and make sure the client's vision is ultimately delivered to them.
